I loved every minute of this wonderful experience with the lovely Lisa at The Skin Room. From the lovely, personal warm welcome on arrival to the AMAZING facial which included chest, neck and shoulder massage. I felt relaxed from the start, but the treatment was fabulous. The weighted blankets were perfect. I honestly enjoyed every single moment and I felt peaceful throughout. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable and professional yet so personable and lovely. Definitely 10/10 for me. I'd highly recommend a visit.

The hydra facial was exquisite or Natashas version...my face feels plumper and eye bags gone. Highly recommend.

This was my first appointment with Lisa, after an indepth conversation about my current skin routine and issues I was experiencing, Lisa then gave me a few small changes in my routine that could help. Lisa then described my treatment in detail and how each stage would feel. The treatment was fantastic felt so relaxed after didn't want it to end. My skin is glowing. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Amazing! Lisa is just unreal at her job and full of knowledge. I felt the most relaxed I have in a very long time and my skin is glowing.

Hannah was absolutely brilliant. I had the best hair wash I’ve ever had, it was like a massage in a luxury chair with my feet up! She didn’t rush at all, which made it such a relaxing experience. She then made me a lovely cup of tea and blow-dried my hair beautifully. Thank you, Hannah, for such a gorgeous and pampering visit, I’ll definitely be back!
