Had an amazing facial with Hattie in her great therapy space in Lichfield centre, She created a bespoke facial with lots of products I hadn't tried before, very calming, came out radiant! Hattie is lovely but also very professional. Highly recommend, I will go back regularly.

Dr Gill is welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly The treatment itself was quick and virtually painless. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the natural-looking results—nothing overdone. The clinic was clean, modern, and very well-organised, which added to the overall positive experience. I felt genuinely cared for throughout. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering Botox or any other facial treatments. The level of care and excellent treatment I received truly stood out.

Chloe is incredible! You leave your treatment feeling on top of the world, she is a beautiful person inside and out! She’s so knowledgeable and talks you through all your treatments and educates you on what is good for you. I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my skin! Chloe is absolutely amazing and an expert in any treatment she delivers. I’ve been to Chloe for a range of treatments, the most recent being a pregnancy massage. I haven’t felt as relaxed as I do right now for an incredibly long time. She also makes sure every need is met, drinks, being comfortable and most importantly asking where I’d like her to focus on.
