Excellent customer service, friendly, professional , felt very relaxed and was told step by step what to expect. Jade is amazing. Could not fault anything. I would recommend her for everything. Another wonderful visit to RA Aesthetics, Rachel is not only a fantastic practitioner she is a friend to each and everyone of her clients, makes you feel at ease as soon as you step through the door, always happy to answer your questions and come up with a treatment plan to suit you and you skin. Abbie is a true professional in all that she does. Her new clinic in Lelant is so beautiful. She immediately put me at ease & explained the procedure (CO2 fractional facial laser) thoroughly. Topical numbing cream was applied before the procedure began. The procedure itself was straightforward & swift with minimal discomfort. I have been itching to have this treatment & I am so delighted that I found someone so highly trained & knowledgeable in the South West to carry it out. I’m very much looking forward to the results & seeing Abbie again in the future !

I am always quite skeptical about treatments but the results truly speak for themselves. Very impressive.

Jade was absolutely amazing when carrying out my dermal filler treatment. I was very nervous and she was very kind and compassionate and explained the procedure from start to finish so I didn't have any doubts or concerns. I would highly recommend Jade as per her professionalism and kind nature. Thank you :-)
