Had a wonderful facial and head massage today. My skin is very sensitive and reacted to a product that neither Penny or I thought it would, but she fixed it instantly and my face recovered. These things happen and I am grateful for Penny's knowledge and advice when it comes to taking care of my skin.

From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. The space was clean, welcoming, and professional, which helped calm any nerves I had going in. My wax specialist was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough, She walked me through every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Her technique was quick and efficient, with minimal discomfort, and the results were flawless! JUST DO IT!!😆🐬

Penny’s knowledge is in invaluable when it comes to my skin. She is so supportive and positive and I learn something new about my skin every time I go. The visible improvement on my face is great and improves with every treatment I have . I would highly recommend Penny because she works from her heart and that’s priceless.

Jodie always makes me feel at ease for my treatments, so welcoming and down to earth. Today I had my very first Hollywood, I was really dreading it, but Jodie immediately put me at ease, talked to me the whole time and didn't make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable.
