I had wet cupping with Fouzia to help with a shoulder injury, my arm was very stiff and heavy with inflammation and poor circulation. By the end of the session it felt much lighter, I had more range of movement and the inflammation had reduced significantly. The treatment wasn’t painful in any way and was actually quite relaxing. Highly recommended!

I had a reflexology treatment with Hollie. She was very professional and knowledgeable throughout. She discussed the things she was able to identify at the end of the treatment which I found interesting. I felt very relaxed whilst having the treatment and much lighter afterwards.

I had mesotherapy with Emelia today, and it was a fantastic experience! She created such a calming atmosphere with soft, relaxing music and explained every step, making me feel completely at ease. Hollie is wonderful! She's not only a lovely person but also extremely knowledgeable and caring. I had a reflexology treatment and was amazed at how many things she was able to identify, including things which the hospital is currently investigating. I felt so much lighter afterwards and am already looking forward to my next treatment.

Claire is absolutely wonderful- brilliant treatment for skin

As a registered nurse I can thoroughly recommend Hollie’s professionalism and safety when performing patient treatments. With such a stressful job, Hollie’s treatments are a little oasis of calm in an often turbulent storm. I never really feel I should treat myself, but each time I come away realising self care is not a treat, but necessary to stay centred in an ever increasing crazy world. Don’t think about it, just book it, you won’t regret.

It's been my fourth visit at True Legend and I can't recommend Claire and her husband enough! They're always so welcoming and Claire is absolutely fantastic. I had spent a lot of time researching different laser cliniques before choosing to go with Claire, and after my initial consultation I knew I chose the right place. She is incredibly knowledgeable, always puts me at ease and makes sure I am comfortable throughout the entire laser treatment.

Claire, Stew and Louise were amazing today. Very friendly on my arrival and departure. I had a great appointment with both Claire and Louise as they gave me lots of information and advice about starting my Tattoo removal journey. I feel very confident in having the treatment done with Louise, within this very professional yet friendly clinic.
