Bernice is incredibly professional yet warm in her approach to the treatments she provides. Having had the same filler previously I truly feel that the care and time taken to explain everything was wonderful! I felt safe and my results were instant. I’ve been visiting Kyomi now since 2020 (the part where we were allowed). From skin peels to laser hair removal, she’s my woman! I am so glad that I found her, she is a very talented and knowledgeable professional. She will always talk through her recommendation to enable you to make an informed decision. I visited lels beauty room and I can’t fault her work at all. It’s such a relaxing environment and her facials are so calming. My skin was glowing when I left the salon so I would highly recommend !

I had a course of 8 treatments for laser treatment which has been such a success! Each visit to Kyomi was pleasant, professional and informative. The treatment has worked well for me. The clinic is super clean, refreshing and welcoming. I would definitely recommend the KS Clinic.

Went for a facial, eyebrow wax and eyebrow and eyelash tint. Wow what can I say my eyebrows finally look how I’ve always wanted them to Lilly has done a fantastic job never had my eyebrows how I wanted them thank you Lilly I love them. Now the tint was amazing can really notice the difference Lilly also listened to what colour I wanted them and achieved it so happy. The facial was the best facial I’ve ever had Lilly really took her time and the treatment was amazing. Felt so relaxed during and after the treatment Lilly is a lovely lady and felt very comfortable with her

Lilly is absolutely amazing she pays so much attention to detail and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. I have been getting microdermabrasions for years and when my last beautician left it was a struggle finding a new one I could trust my skin with. On the first visit I knew I’d be back, I was made to feel relaxed and was given a response to all my questions. After looking at the difference in my skin this definitely got a five star rating from me. I have also tried other treatment by Lilly and all have been perfect so I have and would always recommend her to everyone.

Another warm and welcoming appointment with Sam at elevate today, so pleased with my skin booster treatment, she showed me the photos from before and after my previous treatment and the difference was amazing, will definitely be visiting again, would highly recommend this treatment x

Just had my second peel today. Kyomi is professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She really understands what my skin needs, and after trying other treatments elsewhere with little success, I've finally seen real results and have confidence they'll only get better. Highly recommend.

Thank you, Lilly, for my amazing microneedling session today! My skin already feels incredible, and I was genuinely shocked at how glowy my face looked after just one treatment. Lilly took the time to explain the aftercare and recommend specific products, which was so helpful. She was careful and precise with everything she did, and her knowledge really put me at ease. Everything was sterile — she even unpackaged all the needles in front of me so I could see they were fresh and new. Thank you again for such a fantastic treatment. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
