She is the perfect fusion of friendliness and professionalism, and listens carefully to the desired outcome. It is well worth the trip to Uddingston from Edinburgh and offers excellent value. Having been continually asked why I was so angry especially when I wasn't at that tie actually angry, I am now feeling so much happier because in fact I'm not scowling anymore and I don't have people asking this question either now.
