I have quite sensitive skin and found Carla to take extra care and also gave me honest advice. I had an eyelash lift, tint and also eyebrow tint and the end results were fantastic. I would definitely recommend to anyone. I have also had gel nails in the past which were very artistically done.

This is not the first five star review I have left for Nikki and I am sure it won’t be the last. Today I had THE most incredible facial. The treatment room is perfect. Darkened and lit by scented candles, music, temperature…. Everything about it is just right. Nikki is so lovely and works hard to make sure the treatment for my skin is just right. Leah's BIAB nail treatment was an absolute delight! What sets them apart is how they transform a beauty service into such a comfortable, friendly experience. Her attention to detail shines through not just in the nail application, but in how she guides you through each step of the process. I really appreciated how she patiently answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the treatment. What a find! I booked in for a 'Snug & Soothe' Signature treatment which included a back massage and a facial. Nikki was so lovely, friendly but also professional talking me through what products she recommended, my skin type, the amount of pressure I prefer etc. (for the massage). I immediately felt relaxed and enjoyed every minute! Cannot recommend enough. I will be booking back in regularly from now on.

I'd never been to the beauty witch before, I went for a chat with Phoebe and we worked out what would be best for me. I ended up having a m facial and brow lamination as a pre wedding pamper. Phoebe made me feel comfortable and informed and is great at what she does! Would recommend.

The most incredible facial I have ever had! Nikki is so knowledgable and the products are amazing. The facial was tailored to my own skin needs and every bit of it was as focussed on results, but at the same time super relaxing. I’m booked in again already ❤️

From the moment I walked into this stunning salon I knew I would have the best experience with the best results. From the smiley and lovely receptionist checking me in and taking my coat to then seeing Pheobe for a facial. At my facial appt (which was an amazing experience) I’ve booked for profile balancing. Something I wanted to have done for a while but needed to find the perfectionist that will listen and then work her magic. Pheobe made me feel very comfortable and I just knew I am in good hands. We tweaked all the areas that were my concern. I’m over the moon with the results! Thank you!

Phoebe has been absolutely brilliant. I have had some insecurities about my skin and she has explained some treatments that I could have and she has put my mind at rest and we got to the exact results that I wanted to achieve. I cannot thank her enough for help and understanding and her wealth of knowledge. I would encourage any to see Phoebe.

Phoebe is fantastic. I would trust her with my life, never-mind just my face ! 😂 So knowledgeable and sweet. She creates a really calm environment and takes her time, which is such a green flag when you are of course having work done to your face & body. Another treatment from Carla, absolutely brilliant.

I had my nails done by Inna today, she is always friendly and welcoming, her preparation for nails is very thorough removing any rough or hard skin and cuticle care, she takes her time to ensure nails are perfect which I love her for, she’s very accommodating if you want to add things, I’ve been having my nails done here for a while now, so I would definitely recommend a visit with her & all the team :)

I’ve been seeing Nikki for a few years, and she is absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend Snug Beauty and Nikki to anyone looking for great beauty treatments!

Very happy with my treatment

Little gem of a place .Loved my ice glass facial and dermaplaning .Skin felt wonderful and Pheobe was very informative with the aftercare plan .Will definitely be returning 😊

Oh my goodness, how lush was the facial and back massage? Truly amazing, so relaxing and could visibly see the difference on my face. Would definitely recommend it and I will be booking another session soon.

Leah was great - super friendly, took her time and care doing my nails. She is clearly passionate about what she does. I am really happy with my nails. I would definitely recommend Leah and will be using her and Stacie Marie in the future. Also shout out to the staff at Pegasus gym (where Stacie Marie in Aylesbury is based), all really lovely and friendly and made me feel welcome.
