She took the time to explain each step of the treatment, answered all of my questions, and tailored the experience to my skin's needs. I got a BBL/ Moxi treatment last Tuesday with Mariam and my healing process is almost coming to an end on my 4th day. As scary as my first two days were I trusted the process and I can confidently say I am very thrilled with how my skin looks even though it's not fully healed yet. Jessica KNOWS what she’s doing - if you’re hesitant or unsure about your skincare needs, she will take the time to ensure you feel confident and understand thoroughly what you should / shouldn’t do but also *why* which is super important. She is kind, patient, and transparent and truly cares about ensuring you are happy with your results. This was my first facial + microneedling session and I’m already floored by the results - I’m looking forward to my next visit :)
