This was our first time at Dilaani Spa, and we absolutely loved the experience! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the space was spotless and relaxing. The best head spa in Ottawa so far! Sophie used natural products that smell so good specifically for my hair type after examining my scalp on the screen. My scalp and hair feel amazing! scalp, neck & shoulders massages were amazing, technique is on pointe! The hot ginger tea was the cherry on top! Thank you for going above and beyond to make this experience all worth it.

I went to Dilaani spa on bank street today for my second treatment. The first one I did was a lymphatic drainage that I really liked. I had heard about the viral Japanese scalp massage and was thrilled to see that this place offered it. The price point is very good as well. It's 1 1/2 hours and let me tell you, you will feel like a queen. I have never felt so taken care of than I did when Sia did my scalp treatment today. I have been to many spas and had a lot of treatments and massages. This scalp massage was 1000/1000. I can't recommend it enough. Like literally the best experience EVER !!!

She gave me a dermaplane and facial, and wow — my skin is absolutely glowing. 🌟 Not only was the treatment relaxing and expertly done, but she was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. I just had my second facial with Kayla and I’m hooked. After a terrible first facial experience elsewhere, she completely changed my perspective on this type of service. I do the Let's Just Relax Facial and it's amazing. Products feel silky, her touch is so gentle and calming, and the face + hair massage are a 10/10. My skin also doesn’t break out after, and looks glowy and refreshed. Such a warm, bubbly personality and a truly welcoming environment, I have nothing but great things to say about her and the Vault! Kayla is so knowledgeable and really wants to prioritize what you want to work on. And in the most natural way possible! She always has new items she exploring to benefit her clients and gives you a run down of items to try to use/avoid. Her salon is super cozy - she always has soft music in the background and candies/chocolates to enjoy after your treatment :) She loves chatting about life, but also lets you relax and enjoy the quietness of her salon. I making huge progress on my skin thanks to Kayla and would recommend her to anyone! My apmts with Kayla are the highlight of my week!

Kayla has a very welcoming atmosphere and personality; also very knowledgeable and detail oriented. She only provides recommendations and treatments she whole heartedly believes will work for you. And it shows in her work; my face is so clear people are shocked when I tell them it’s my bare skin 😂 not a dab of foundation or concealer anywhere. The Orleans home studio she has is 10/10; the exact same service and products as clinics. But it doesn’t have the marked up price tag. Kayla’s so easy to reach out to; she never takes more than a day. She’s literally an Instagram DM away 😊
