This was the first time for a Korean Glass Skin Peel, and it won't be the last. This facial is like no other I've experienced. The products used and the manner in which Jake applied the peel were very soothing, leaving my skin feeling hydrated and rejuvenated. Skin brightness and glow are obvious. Will definitely be adding Jake's Korean Glass Peel to my microneedling regime.

Jaclynn does the Lord’s work. The difference in my skin after her treatments and tailored skincare routine is unbelievable. I’ve had a lot of facials at a lot of places (including high end spas) and they do not compare to Jaclynn.

What a lovely experience! Enjoyed every moment, from the friendly greeting, excellent cappuccino during my treatment, to the services themselves! Alexis was beyond lovely, very attentive and meticulous. My pedicure was relaxing, the brow wax was perfect, and I’m so glad I chose the cat eye manicure!! I highly recommend, and will be back!

This was my first facial experience and it was great. I felt comfortable and was pleased with the space at Glow. The bed was pre-warmed and the towels were super soft. The atmosphere was lovely and clean. Jaclynn was very informative about what was in a procuct and why a specific product is being used. Jaclynn explained everything before, while and during application of all products so I knew what to expect. I will be telling my friends and will return for more treatments in the future. I visited Ciel Nail Spa Boutique and had a full self-care experience, including a manicure, pedicure, facial, and waxing all done in one visit. Every service was handled with great attention and professionalism. The staff were friendly, careful, and made sure I was comfortable throughout.I was especially impressed by how smooth and relaxing the whole experience felt, even with multiple services at the same time. Everything was clean, well-organized, and high quality. I highly recommend Ciel Salon to anyone looking for excellent service and a relaxing experience. I will definitely come back.

From the intake to the treatment to the debrief afterwards they were nothing but absolutely wonderful. And I'm not super familiar with the procedures and they described everything very clearly and thoroughly and made the whole experience very comfortable. I'll definitely be back for some more treatments once I figure out what I want to do.

I am a new client and after a number of treatments, I can honestly say how pleased I am to have found an esthetician that I trust unconditionally. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and professional, not to mention kind and understanding. In addition to maintaining the health of my skin, Jake has adeptly treated skin discolouration resulting from abrasions due to a cycling accident. The salon is welcoming, immaculate and serene. Well worth the drive from Toronto to Hamilton! Jake is truly my new BFF.

I just had the most amazing facial experience! The staff was super friendly and made me feel so relaxed. I was referred to Jake and I am so grateful I was. I have finicky skin and I get hyperpigmentations easily. I was scared to try micro needling, thinking it wouldn’t be for my skin. Jake has been completely patient in answering my questions. I finally booked and had my first micro needling treatment yesterday. It was the best experience. He has a wealth of knowledge and truly just a master at his craft. I trust him wholeheartedly. It’s been 24 hours and my skin is doing exactly what Jake said would happen. He’s simply the best!
