Today was my first visit to Citrine Beauty & Day Spa. I booked a last minute facial to mark a new chapter, but left with a full heart. I had the Anti-Ageing Facial with the rubber mask. The beautifully included scalp, neck, shoulder and décolletage massage made me feel so deeply nurtured, that I had tears in my eyes. The treatment room was calm, lights down low, music carefully curated, the touch was gentle and rhythmic, and I didn't want it to end. My skin is glowing, fresh and plump with no redness, and I feel completely camera-ready for work tomorrow. Thank you Pauline. I am so grateful.

Mia was great, her product and treatment knowledge was excellent and her techniques were excellent also. I had the membership facial which was the peel and the hydrating mask, I would have loved an arm or neck massage while either of the masks were on though, that would have really made it perfect!

Absolutely loving my winged eyeliner! Erin’s attention to detail is next-level. She took the time to perfectly shape and tailor it to my eye shape and facial features, making sure it looks sharp, symmetrical, and exactly how I wanted. The procedure was surprisingly comfortable, and the result is so clean and defined. It’s given my eyes that effortless “I woke up like this” look every single day. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Highly recommend Erin if you’re thinking about getting your eyeliner tattooed, she’s truly an artist!

Excellent!!!! Lucy was by far the best therapist I have seen to date at this business. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, made great conversation, always asking was I comfortable with the treatment, during that area and after moving to the next area, not an excessive gel application, just right and cleaned off afterwards. Asking if I had the post treatment cream at home, where to use it, what not to do for 24hrs post treatment in terms of sun exposure, exercise, dirty work etc. Lucy is a real credit to the business.

Great well on arrival, Mia came out and introduced herself it was only a few minutes and i was relaxing on the bed Mia told me about the products and how they were to be used very informative. I enjoyed my facial and my skin very clean and soft. Happy to return

My experience today was wonderful. This was my first time visiting and I found Bridget kind, caring and very thorough. She walked me through my consultation carefully and made sure I understood my treatments and gave me a detailed plan for my skin regime. I'm really looking forward to my next visit.
