Emily does the most incredible facials. I always walk away with glowing skin and product tips to keep it hydrated at home. She is constantly upskilling and evolving her processes to ensure her treatments are effective and so relaxing. I always feels so pampered and restored after visiting Emily.

Anushka is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. She truly cares about skin and future skin health. I feel that she genuinely cared about helping my dry and inflamed skin and provided samples so I can continue the treatment at home.

The staff are very helpful and explain the treatments really well (before I start). They guide and tell me what I’ll expect from the treatment (during and post). They keep checking on me during the treatment and make sure I am feeling comfortable. They also make me laugh to ease my nervousness (first time doing the treatment). Post treatment, I am feeling very different and I can say each individual sees the results differently and I am one of them. I see the difference and the result straightaway. Overall, a very nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. Many thanks.

The signature trinity facial has been my best experience of a facial in Melbourne - Rosalie made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed and from start to finish the facial was a wonderful experience - particularly her sculpting massage and careful, gentle extraction. My skin felt so smooth, fresh and my jawline looked noticeably less puffy and more contoured afterwards. I'm definitely planning to be back, love your work Rosalie :)

"Thank you", Jess for an amazing facial treatment very professional and knowledgeable of DMK skin products and treatments. Jess has magical hands she had combined a feet and hands massage whilst having my Enzyme treatment. I can honestly, say "it was quite a transcendental healing moment". I had such a great experience at Ana Fook Brazilian Beauty in Melbourne. Tania looked after me and she was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of. She is incredibly professional, gentle, and clearly very experienced at what she does. The whole process was smooth and much less painful than I expected, which is always a win! Tania also took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout, which I really appreciated. The salon itself is clean, welcoming, and has a lovely atmosphere.

What a delightful human being Emme is. I absoltely loved my facial today. My skin is positively glowing and feels amazing! I've had countless facials in the past (not at this business) and I've never noticed such a significant difference to my skin INSTANTLY. The massage was divine. Emme took into consideration my budget and helped me to get some perfect products. I highly recommend! 10/10!

I had the most amazing facial experience at LA MED. After a skin consult with Rosali we decided to go for the Trinity treatment and I was so relaxed and was trying not to fall asleep. I cannot recommend Alana highly enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about laser. During my first session appointment, she made me feel comfortable and cared for. She takes the time to listen and understand my skin concern and explains everything in such an informative and easy-to-understand way. Truly goes out of her way to help out and make recommendations that are best for your skincare. What truly sets her apart is her patience and attention to detail — she was not rushes the process.
