I can’t recommend Puja enough! From the very first appointment, she made me feel so comfortable and cared for. She is not only incredibly skilled but also kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about what she does. I’ve been getting my face laser treatment and eyebrow threading done by her, and the results have exceeded my expectations.My eyebrows always look perfectly shaped. Even the laser treatment i have seen the results . She pays attention to every little detail. What I appreciate most is how much she truly cares about her clients. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Leen, the owner of Skin haven. I could tell that she is very passionate and knowledgable about what she's doing. She cares for her clients genuinely and very friendly too. I went in for a facial with Leen of Skinhaven and I loved it. She was very professional and would communicate and explain to me what she was going to do. I had my facial today and Lyn was very supportive and informative as she guided me through step by step in my facial. Also as a nurse myself like her, I know I’m in good hands as she’s very thorough and knowledgeable in skin care. As always, the experience is great. Leen listens to what I, as the client, wants. She will make a professional advice but is not pushy. This is very important to me. She made me as comfortable as she can whilst the treatment. I very much appreciate her doing my numbing cream thicker & allowing a longer time. SkinHavem is a place where your skin will really be looked after. Leen explains thoroughly the procedures and its benefits. Her hands are so gentle that will make you feel so comfortable. You will never go empty handed as she is veey generous giving away take home products/samples. Yesterday was my second visit and will definitely come back as needed.

Good experience. Therapist accomodating as I have come in 30mins prior my appointment. I was attended when the therapist ready. Ambience of the environment clean and safe. Everything that I needed to know was explained to me prior proceeding to the treatment. Therapist well experienced.

I had a wonderful experience with Nurse Leen. She was incredibly detailed and patient in answering my questions. I was very pleased that she took extra care to ensure I didn't feel any pain during the procedure, even though it took a bit longer. I highly recommend Skin Haven and will definitely return.

Leen took the time to explain & answer my concerns and questions. She did not rush my assessment which is important to me. She is gentle and put me at ease by putting more numbing cream than usual to address my very low pain threshold. This was much appreciated. The procedure room is clean and so were the tools used. The overall experience is nothing less than great. Thank you Leen.
