This was a really great experience! I want for lash tint, brow stain which was new to me, and bikini wax. She did a great job on my brows and explained the stain, and ensured we aligned on the colour. She made me super comfortable - the spa treatment room is very tidy and well-appointed. I’ve had bikini / Brazilian waxes done in Canada, Saudi Arabia and now here in Cairns and this was the most efficient and painless visit in nearly 25 years of them. I’m not sure what exactly the product was, but it went on smoothly without tugging and NOT burning hot, and was super effective. Recommend!!

My massage really helped my neck and shoulders, I felt very relaxed and the scalp massage was amazing. The girls were so helpful and friendly and I loved the honey tea. 🍵 Next time I'm in Cairns I will definitely be making another booking. Only wish you had a retreat in Townsville.

Treatment was first class from the initial calf scan right through to the finale. Scalp scan was fascinating and well informed, my therapist kept me informed with the steps through out the facial process and starting of the headspa and perfect pressure for the massage. The environment is a relaxing sanctuary that makes you not want the treatment to end. But once it does you are greeted with a ginger tea and another informative chat about what products they used and recommendations for you skin or hair. Will return

Today I had one-hour hydration and microdermabrasion facial with Carly. I can honestly say it was the best facial I have ever had. The texture and scent of all the products were lovely and my skin feels amazing. My husband reckons it looks fuller.

My second appointment with Touriya was every bit as lovely as the first. Touriya explained every aspect of the treatment and again her application was so soothing and nurturing. My skin was glowing at the end of the treatment and is still looking wonderful 8 hours later. A wonderful practitioner!

I had 30’ relaxation massage with Jade and it was one of the best one in Cairns by far. Jade had an excellent technique and the pressure strength was absolutely perfect! The treatment worths the money paid! I will come back to try many other treatments!

I’ve been seeing Touriya for my brows for a while now, and she is just incredible, they’re always perfect! But her facials… honestly, they’re out of this world! She has such a special way of making you feel relaxed and cared for, and my skin always looks flawless afterwards. Her attention to detail and the overall experience is unmatched. You can tell how much she loves what she does, and it shows in the results and the way she treats her clients. Highly, highly recommend. She is the best!

Beautiful service from the start to finish. I haven't been able to relax like that in a long time. As someone who doesnt have much of an understanding about face and scalp care, these ladies explained everything. I highly recommend booking and will be back once in Cairns again!
