Manuela gave me the most relaxing and luxurious Korean Glass facial—my skin went from tired, uneven, and hormonal to hydrated, calm, and glowing. She also took the time to provide thoughtful, ongoing advice tailored to my skincare needs and future treatments with her. I was at Lume Haus Aesthetics this morning for a Jawline and Neck Contouring Treatment as well as a Lash Lift Tint and Nourish Treatment. The salon, as always, is clean and well presented and treatment beds comfortable with fresh linen. The treatments were carried out to the highest standard with a very pleasing outcome! I have more appointments in the coming weeks and months and will continue to support this business.

Samantha was super helpful and informative, she walked me through the process of my treatments and what to expect. She made sure I was comfortable and the treatment was better than I initially expected which made me want to book multiple future sessions. I'd definitely recommend to others :)

Jo is fantastic. On top of very effective, relaxing treatments and fabulous injectables, Jo always offers great skin care advice. After 3 visits for LED treatments and peel, my skin has never looked better.

This clinic is absolutely fantastic — not only is it in a great location, but the atmosphere is welcoming and professional. Sam is truly amazing. She’s so kind, knowledgeable, and makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you arrive. Her treatments are never rushed; she takes the time to understand your needs and ensures everything is done with genuine care and attention. I always leave feeling relaxed, well looked after, and excited for my next visit!

We arrived early and the upstairs where the clinic door is, was eerie quiet. No waiting area as such so we just sat on the carpet floor in the hall for 10 until someone let us in. Apart from this weird start, the nurse was super lovely and helpful, with all the gadgetry for the skin check.

I have had my eyelashes lifted and tinted by Kat many times. The results are always great. She is extremely competent and gentle. I have now just had my eyebrows microbladed by Kat. She was amazing, listening to exactly what I wanted. She gave me her professional option, but didn’t pressure me to do more. She was very patient, doing a few strokes and getting me to check that I was happy, then adding as I asked. I highly recommend Kat and Lume Haus Aesthetics.
