I would like to express my appreciation for the welcoming atmosphere of this establishment. Upon arrival, guests are kindly offered water and coffee. The technician, known as Lilly, was exceptionally helpful and thoroughly explained the process of each treatment she performed. The cleanliness of the establishment is impeccable, which is a significant factor for me. Furthermore, the other young lady in the office, who provided information on the packages, was very attentive, cheerful, understanding, and patiently explained everything, proving to be very helpful. I would certainly. recommend.

I love this beauty spa. I’ve been there twice so far and had a great experience. The location was easy to find, and their prices are reasonable. The girl at the front desk was nice and very informative. They will explain their packages that they offer, and they don’t pressure you into buy one. I look forward to my next visit at LB beauty Medspa.

From the moment I arrived, Kimberly demonstrated outstanding professionalism and knowledge. She explained the entire procedure clearly, evaluated my goals, and adjusted the treatment intensity perfectly. The spa environment is clean, modern, and very relaxing, which complements the quality of the service. I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of throughout the session.
