My appointment with Kelly was for a leg and bikini wax. However, I was feeling quite emotional and asked if she could do a back massage instead. Of course, Kelly was really lovely and said of course she could. It was absolutely what I needed and I felt a whole lot better afterwards. I can’t recommend the Hair and Beauty Gallery enough.

She was extremely gentle and thorough throughout the wax, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable. The salon room is clean, calming, and really nice, with easy parking and great accessibility. I would highly recommend Romi and will definitely be booking again!
