A Natural Need is a secret gem in Hertford. They offer a huge range of treatments - more than any other salon. The facials are the best. I recently had a peel which included a mask - I've never had a mask with a peel at other salons. The service & prices are great. Thank you :)

She is first class, so professional, friendly & makes you feel completely at ease. Her annexe where she does the treatments is a relaxing, tranquil haven.
