Pav was very friendly, professional and efficient. This was my first visit to Finesse and Pav made me very welcome and relaxed throughout. The treatment l received was my pre-holiday waxing, which Pav delivered to a very high standard. I will not hesitate to book again. Looking forward to my holiday thanks to Pav.

I had a lovely experience with Rachel doing my nails for the first time! She was really friendly and did a great job of my nails! Would recommend this salon to anyone. I previously sent pictures of what I wanted as requested and meeting Joanna I found her really pleasant and easy to communicate with. The consultation was to discuss exactly what was required and 'try on' the look. I booked an appointment for treatment and another for a touch up and left a deposit.The treatment room is a lovely place too. I wanted a very subtle upper eyeliner, close to the lashes. After initially numbing the area I was pleasantly surprised by how unpainful it was: a bit like putting mascara on with a spiky mascara brush. After about 90 minutes I was very happy with the result

Sarah did a lovely job on my gel polish nails. Treated like a princess even though I had a very annoying coughing fit halfway through ( sorry about that ) A true wee gem of a salon and I will be back !!
