It’s always a pleasure visiting Identity in Broughty Ferry and this is like my second home. All the staff here are highly experienced and as soon as you walk through the door you feel like a VIP. I have the hot stones full body massage carried out by Megan who knows her craft extremely well. So if you have any aches and pains then I can highly recommend this treatment. I have recently had lower back pain as upper back pains so this certainly helps to ease the pain. Best beauty treatment centre in Dundee.

Just had a wax from Claire. I can honestly say it was the least painful wax I’ve ever had in my life. Claire made me feel so welcome, I was put at ease and I felt I could tell her anything. I absolutely love coming here, no matter if it’s Ashley or Claire doing your waxing the treatment is unmatched by any other waxing therapist in Dundee and Angus. I will never go anywhere else. If I could give a million star review I would and it still wouldn’t be enough to describe how good they are xx

Best tan I've had in Dundee

Absolutely love my lushes. The best lash technician, very careful with a lot of knowledge. I have very watery eyes but the results I’m getting with her are always amazing. Well worth the travel from Leven to Dundee to get them done. Highly recommended

Great communication pre appointment and wax therapist very quickly put me at ease. Great explanation of every aspect of the waxing carried out. Quick and efficient wax. Will definitely be back.

If you enjoy a full body massage you will not find anyone better than Fern in Dundee - no, wait - possibly anywhere.! Amazing experience. Highly recommend.

I had the Korean lash lift paired with a brow wax and tint, and the experience exceeded my expectations. I’ve been getting waxed for years. I went to Clare for the first time today, she made me feel comfortable from the second I met her. Didn’t feel awkward at all during the entire treatment. Her wax technique is brilliant, I hadn’t been waxed in 8-9weeks and it barely hurt at all. I’ll definitely be back.

I love having an appointment at Pallas, feel very comfortable and well taken care of. I started getting waxing for my bikini and full legs in June and the transformation I have experienced is amazing! I used to hate my excessively hairy legs and now I am proud to show them off even weeks after being waxed! The hairs are much softer and lighter when they grow back in, and they dont grow back in that much! I wont go back to shaving now I've seen what waxing and the advised homecare has done for me- no ingrown hairs, razor rash, spikey dark hairs and no time consuming showers trying to shave!

I have just moved after being at another so called " top" salon in the Ferry and so glad I moved. Its the best and most thorough wax I have had in a very long time, no missed patches as was a regular occurance at my previous salon and having to go home and tidy up. Very gentle healing music in background rather than a variety of piped pop music which wasn't always my taste. Tuned in staff, I had a coughing fit whilst I waited and was immediately brought a glass of water. No being led through a tipping point in the pay machine. I tipped because I wanted to not because I felt I was obliged too.
