Katie is absolutely lovely and instantly makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The waxing was quick and as painless as possible, and the results are perfect! The massage afterwards was the cherry on top. Honestly, the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. If you’re looking for a place in Bristol for a wax and massage, Cocoon is the one!

Kirsty was a lovely beauty therapist. This was my first time having sugaring and it's so much more gentle that waxing. The salon space is quiet and calm, a little oasis, and the whole experience was really relaxing (yes hair removal). It felt like me time and was not rushed at all. Will be back for continued sugaring and I plan to have a facial next. I would highly recommend Mon Remede and Kirsty.

Shola is absoluely brilliant. Her salon is so beautiful - clean and comfortable - and Shola is so attentive and makes me feel so safe and comfy. Shola was professional, confident & made me feel relaxed & reassured. I have super sensitive skin & have had real problems with waxing in the past. Shola explained about sugaring in detail & how to prepare my skin plus aftercare. After the sugaring my skin has been absolutely fine & I am happy with the results. I highly recommend Shola

Amazing as always! Beautiful room, calming, relaxing ( as much as a wax can be!) lovely lady! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my waxing!

Trudi is totally brilliant. She has an eye for cutting and shaping hair, including her skills in making the most of thin hair like mine. I also really appreciate her use of hair products that are less harmful to the environment. Visiting her salon is a real treat because the atmosphere is so friendly and the conversations with her and Jane always delightful, stimulating and inclusive.

Always made to feel welcome, Katie very professional,but also very chatty which makes you feel relaxed, waxing is done quick and clean no messy bits of wax stuck on legs. Katie always uses top quality products Love it
