This was my 1st treatment with Gareth and it was marvellous. Gareth has a lovely set up, it was a very relaxing space. I had the MLD face and neck treatment and I would highly recommend it! Gareth talked me through exactly what would happen and what the benefits of the treatment would be and what to expect over the next 24 hours. I found the treatment itself to be very relaxing and therapeutic and I definitely felt a benefit from it. I would love to go back for more treatments in the future, Gareth is very professional and empathetic and he has a great business that is a credit to him.

Gareth is a great masseuse and a lovely person, but I've really enjoyed the lymphatic drainage therapy he does, despite feeling really relaxing, it is making a real difference to my stomach swelling (since an abdominal op), and it has noticeably helped my scar. I can see doing lymphatic drainage is an important area to help my body detox and Gareth is multi-talented in applying his skills to help you.

Gareth You provide a brilliant service, and always leave me with a few things to ponder before our next monthly visit. Your knowledge, help and care are always appreciated

Karen is excellent. It’s very convenient that she comes to you, and takes away the stress of travelling to an appointment. She is really good at listening about problem areas and focusing on areas that are causing issues. She often finds areas I didn’t know were painful. I always feel better after seeing Karen.
