Honestly can't thank Lorraine enough! Hydrotherapy is something ive always wanted and it wasnt until my husband and daughter booked me in that i had that push to go through with it. Best thing ever! I cant believe how much has been released from my body and how clean and refreshed its made me feel. I would 100% recommend Lorraine as not only does she provide an amazing treatment she made me feel at ease and reassured me with her amazing knowledge. I can honestly say Lorriane is one of the loveliest ladies i have ever come across cant wait to book in again in the future when needed!

I've been attending First Choice Therapy for a while now for a shoulder and neck injury which was causing me a great deal of pain and discomfort as well as affecting my quality of sleep. I was having to take pain killers on a regular basis which is not something I do unless really necessary. After the first couple of sessions there was a noticeable improvement and at each subsequent session there has been further improvement. This has resulted in improved sleep, better mobility in my shoulder and no pain killers! Excellent result for me.

Had soft tissue therapy on my calfs by Olivia Pigeon. Olivia is a great listener, empathetic and super friendly. Immediately felt comfortable with her. Very knowledgeable and professional with a deep understanding and experience of sport, performance and the impact it has on the body. Treatment has had a positive initial effect and allowed me to get back to training. Highly recommended.

I have been visiting First Choice Therapy every week or every two weeks for several months now and have gained huge benefits for my neck and shoulders, which feel much freer and I have less pain. Because I have a neck injury going back over forty years, I will probably continue my two-weekly visits for deep-tissue massage and joint manipulation forever! I also occasionally receive dry-needling treatment. I highly recommend Lewis, who is extremely professional, thorough and friendly and carefully follows the COVID-19 rules for patients' and his own safety.

Today was my first visit to Warsash Therapy Rooms for a massage with Ann Alderman. The appointment was easy to book and when I arrived everything felt totally Covid safe. Ann was amazing! I am struggling with my back following an ankle fracture in February which is affecting my gait. Ann identified and worked on the areas causing my pain. As well as coming away with reduced pain, I am walking better and her lovely positive personality has also lifted my spirits. Thank you Ann! x

This was my third visit to see Karl at bio-wise therapy and each time I have a session I always come out after feeling relaxed, calm and stress free, also within a couple of days my muscles always feel stress and ache free. Cupping therapy is really good for my shoulders as I do a physical job. Karl definitely knows his stuff and is a great therapist.

Absolutely wonderful first visit to Gaia Wellness Holistic Therapies for a back, neck and shoulder massage. I feel so much more relaxed and like all my tension and stress has gone. Lovely massage and experience! I wanted a massage to relax after being in hospital, all the oils were prepared especially for me. The room in Durley Manor was peaceful and calming.

Lorraine is so reassuring and knowledgeable about colonic hydrotherapy. I have had three treatments and each one has been very comfortable and successful. Lorraine took time by phone and in person to explain the process and to understand me and my goals. I felt instantly reassured and totally comfortable throughout.

Once again I can’t express how amazed I am with the results of the cupping therapy I have had two whole weeks pain free Karl is a very polite happy friendly also very professional my Sessions are always on time and he also shares a lot about the benefits of the therapy and shares in a way for myself to understand I would highly recommend people to try it especially for those like me who suffer/suffered chronic long term pain

After suffering from a case of salmonella years ago which led on to having issues with my digestive system, I can not recommend having hydrotherapy enough. I have suffered from bloating and also acid reflux since which also affects my concentration and I have brain fog. When I've had my treatment my mind feels much clearer and my digestive system works much better, plus my bloat dissappears. Lorraine is a fantastic therapist, she's kind and gentle and makes you feel totally at ease. If you're having this done for the first time, you'll not be disappointed. It's been a game changer for me.
