My appointment was 2 weeks post op and was recommended by my surgeon as part of the recovery process. I'd never heard of MLD massages before, so I'm happy that I found Claire as she's been fantastic & very knowledgeable. I was still very sore & swollen when I first came to see her, but she managed to gently massage & drain alot of my fluids away during each session, with the added bonus of red light therapy to aid the healing. Claire always offered advice & provided helpful tips to aid my recovery & overall cosmetic results. I have just completed my final massage session & couldn't be happier!

My second session of CranioSacral Therapy with Teresa and WOW! What a powerful experience! During my first session I felt lots of muscular tension and it also mimicked my migraine pain-I was satisfied as I chose this to treat my migraine and it definitely worked on the right area. But the second treatment was completely different level of experience. It was very relaxing and I didn't feel any tension at all. But at one point my whole body started to shake, and I laughed and cried unstoppably for about ten minutes. I can't explain what happened, but definitely SOMETHING. Can't recommend enough

If you have not tried Eva, you really should. She is amazing. If you want to get the best version of yourself, she can get you there. Feel better!

Can't speak highly enough of Claire and her treatment to manage my lymphoedema and scar from my surgery. She is very professional, knowledgeable and kind and explains everything very clearly throughout the whole appointment.

Eva is amazing! In edible ability to find the source of a problem even if you don’t feel it and work it so that I walk away feeling lighter and more fluid (physically). If you have not experienced Eva’s treatments you are definitely missing out!

Claire has amazing touch and feel really tired after the procedure but feel great as starting on my journey to feeling fantastic.

My first appointment at this practice. As well as the first-class treatment, I have been given explanations which have helped me understand my body as never before. I am very impressed. Thank you.
