I had such a beautiful nurturing aromatherapy massage with Nicola. I felt nourished and had a real energetic release at the end. It was more than a massage, I kind of felt like I had been in a relaxing vortex; a healing bubble that I didn't want to come out of at the end of the session. I can't wait to try another one of her treatments. Thank you x

This morning I came to Nicola to receive some of her healing magic. She is THE kindest and purest soul I know. I am going to be making sure I keep up my appointments regularly now. She just gets you. She makes you feel so comfortable and at home. She isn’t just a therapist, she’s a friend in my eyes. I can trust her with anything after just one visit. After a really hard time recently, she gave me just what my body needed to relax and zone out. Not to mention her beautiful treatment room being so inviting. Thank you my angel ❤️

Excellent experience with Cariad, very easy to book, easy to find, nice clean and professional environment and made to feel welcome and at ease on entry even though I've done this quite a bit before, its always appreciated. Went for the Bespoke experience and was not disappointed, an informal talk about my physical/mental situation and then recommendations on therapy options and a targeted massage combining relaxation with working out stress points etc. Comfortable environment and peaceful non-invasive music. Overall 10/10, well worth a visit! :)

Another fabulous treatment from the wonderful Nicola. I had an aromatherapy massage and was so relaxed that I nearly fell asleep! Such a calm and welcoming space and Nicola is always so caring and thoughtful. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

A fabulous experience as always! I had a back, neck and head massage and I felt Nicola’s care in every touch. At the end I felt nourished and full of love. The therapy room itself is warm and welcoming and I love having my tea to take away with me. Can’t wait to go back!

Such a beautiful experience, Nicola is magic, her energy and love is so wonderful to be in. The back, shoulder and neck massage was incredible followed by beautiful Reiki. The setting in her therapy room is so lush, it looks beautiful, super cosy and smells amazing! The heated massage table too- yey! All round fantastic experience with the talented and lovely Nicola!
