I’ve experienced back and neck pains for a couple years and after several trips to the chiropractor and regular deep tissue massages I decided to take friends up on their recommendations to see Asirilanka Therapy. After 2 visits, one upper body and one lower body my shoulder and back feel so much better already. I booked for the Lower body to realign my hips as this was also causing me some pain and again in one session the pain has gone! I will definitely be booking in maintenance sessions - Highly recommend!

Gayan was very professional and friendly. He explained every step of the appointment to me, this was appreciated considering this was my first time having such a treatment. No pain no gain, although bending me into positions I never knew I cold bend I feel like so much pressure has been released from my treated areas. I will be coming back for more treatments.

As always left feeling fantastic, feel light and fresh from aches and pains.

I would highly recommend a visit. Every part of the treatment was clearly explained. A thoroughly professional service provided throughout, as well as some personalised advice on specific exercises to help build strength back into the effected area. I will certainly look at booking in again for their MOT treatment mentioned on the website.
