Everything was fantastic! I had done some research before coming to Bali as I am very selective where I go for my facials! I was able to get an appointment quickly, and the service was amazing. A welcome drink and towel, and a drink for afterwards too. Premium products, and my face is glowing afterwards! No open pores, and it finally look hydrated again! Thankyou. I will definitely visit again when I am back in Bali.

I had the 90-minute Balinese massage with Bu Suma, and it was an amazing experience. My body felt so much lighter and more relaxed afterward. Today is my last day in Bali and I have a late night flight, so it was the perfect way to end my trip. I also really appreciated being able to take a shower after the massage before heading to the airport. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was excellent. The location is also very convenient, right on the main road with easy access. Highly recommended, and thank you, Bu Suma, for such a wonderful massage!

Exceptional therapist. You can immediately tell that he understands the body rather than simply following a standard massage routine. He has an impressive ability to read where tension is coming from, adjust the pressure and technique, and work with real precision. Every movement feels intentional. For someone still relatively young, his level of knowledge, intuition and technical skill is remarkable. One of the best massages I’ve had in Bali. I've had many massages in Bali, but I tried Blue Cave after reading the excellent reviews online. I have never had such an amazing massage experience! I will now ONLY got to Blue Cave Spa. It is beyond AMAZING. Laying down for a foot massage, while another person does my facial, hand masssage, head massage and face massage, it was an out of body experince and something I will never ever forget. The massage is not done in chairs at the front of the shop, its in private rooms, low lights + relaxing music, with the most respectful staff who know exactly what to do. BEST massage in Bali! I cried!

Everything was perfect, from the initial incense cleansing, the hot compresses, to the hot Jamu. I took the intuitive massage. The pressure was spot on, and though a little disconcerting at times (guess my physiology expects Balinese massage steps by now!) I did feel the therapist listened to my body pretty well. The only thing I would love to see improved is the scent of the oil was too weak to be enjoyed. Kudos also for the music: chanting and meditation music well beyond the usual “Bali chimes” makes for deeper letting go. I will be back :)

A warm and relaxing place, with very friendly and efficient staff. The natural eyelash extensions I asked for were beautifully done. And a big plus for the one-week guarantee, especially because there are places in Bali that offer eyelash extensions that only last two days and then charge extra when you want to get a refill!
