I had a great experience with the lovely and professional staff who took really good care of me. My skin is beautiful after the basic facial and HIFU treatment. I will definitely come back everything month. Excellent price!

Absolutely outstanding care and attention to detail from the lovely Dr Rake and Sherren. This is my second visit to NA Clinic (first was for a facial, this for cosmetic injectables). The clinic itself is just stunning and so clean, and the quality of products and technology they use is second to none. 10/10 ♥️

The staff member, Ms. Dama, was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable! It was actually my first time getting a Brazilian wax, and I was quite nervous at first, but she really helped ease my nerves and made the whole experience much more comfortable. If I visit Bali again, I’ll definitely come back here! Thank you so much, Ms. Dama! ❤️

wonderful experience. they got me in last minute and actually performed thorough extractions, which my skin so desperately needed after two months in Bali. great energy in the space, lovely manager (owner?), and everything was clean. they have a sign in the bathroom informing guests that the water used in treatments is purified/filtered through osmosis, so that was comforting to read.

Everything was fantastic! I had done some research before coming to Bali as I am very selective where I go for my facials! I was able to get an appointment quickly, and the service was amazing. A welcome drink and towel, and a drink for afterwards too. Premium products, and my face is glowing afterwards! No open pores, and it finally look hydrated again! Thankyou. I will definitely visit again when I am back in Bali.

Had the most incredible experience here. Cant recomment this clinic enough. Icha was amazing, full dermal facial, extraction, accupressure, massage - she is a true professional, with the attention to detail you'd expect of top-end clinics in London. Her and Nisa were a dream. I would revisit in a heartbeat

Tried the HIFU here to snatch my jawlines, eventhough a little painful - definitely worth it!!! Place is clean, the staffs were amazing and friendly, already planning my second visit.

Great ambience and one that I’d return to out of many spas I’ve visited in Bali. Great team! The receptionist is a gem; very polite and excellent customer service. Not a deal but I think it’d go a long way if you offer a slipper if I’m to leave the shoes/flip-flop outside; the floor is cold inside and it feels rather uncomfortable to walk barefoot on tiles, especially after the treatment; perhaps something to consider. Thank you and see you again soon.

My second time visiting Dr Irene - this time for my Botox and very happy with the results and she achieved exactly what I wanted after the consultation. The clinic is very clean and professional and I would really recommend them.

I had the Advanced PDRN 02 Exosome Protocol facial treatment and absolutely loved the experience! ✨ The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.
