I always have a great experience! Bernadette makes you feel comfortable, the music is such a vibe and I can fall asleep mid waxing! Everything is clean and sanitised and I am looking forward to my next appointment. Needless to say, my husband is happy with the results 🤭

Never in my life of eyebrow threading or waxing has anyone ever achieve shaping them perfectly and not making them so thin but Lauren Mullins just did it. I never told her how i wanted it she just did the best and over exceeded my expectation. Bless your hands pretty lady. Thank you 😊

Lindsey is such a great therapist. She makes you feel so comfortable and the conversation flows with ease. Waxing appointments are 'chores' but Lindsey makes them as pleasant as possible!

Had lip & chin, Hollywood and underarm wax done. Genevieve was absolutely amazing, making sure that I was happy with the wax temperature and comfortable on the whole. My 1st experience at the Plumstead branch was absolutely amazing! The branch is beautiful, clean warm and welcoming. The service was exceptional from Lemees at front of house.... Noli with an amazing de-stressing wash and a lovely serving of coffee! Shimene was very patient as I was undecided on my nail colour, her recommendation was fantastic... I am happy with my nails and toe gel set! You are amazing Shimene! Esmerelda thank you for my lovely "wedding hair" although you were not well you stuck it out and gave me your absolute best. Thank you team JEM you are all amazing.
