Calming, welcoming, warm and Vanessa is so helpful in relaxing you especially regarding the waxing of the… umm… more private areas as this will always seems awkward - yet it seems to be more comfortable with Vanessa’s at the woodmead NC, thanks Queen!

I’ve been getting my waxing done by Cici for about a year now, and I’m always so happy with the results! The service is professional, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the conversations are always great. She has such a soft touch and really pays attention to detail, my eyebrows are always on point! I recently visited The Pinkroom for my monthly maintenance, and I had such a fun experience! The nails were done perfectly, as always. Noma took care of my eyebrows, and she did a flawless job! She also did my Hollywood wax, which was surprisingly relaxing and virtually painless—definitely the best wax I’ve had. The only downside was that I wasn’t able to buy any of the exfoliating products I wanted after my wax. On a positive note, I treated myself to some waffles with ice cream and a cappuccino, which were both delicious! Overall, another amazing visit, and I can’t wait to go back!

Another visit to Naked Cherry, another reason I’m walking out smoother than a jazz solo and twice as bold. The fabulous Vanessa was my wax wizard once again – professional, lightning-fast, and armed with a killer sense of humour that had me giggling through the ahem less giggle-friendly moments. She somehow manages to make waxing feel like a catch-up with an old friend – if that friend also happened to be a precision-focused ninja with wax. Honestly, 10/10 service, always amazing. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cherries

I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the fantastic service I received. I arrived a bit early. Lauren & Karabo kindly checked in with me to see if I was comfortable waiting. Noma was running a bit late as she was assisting a client. Karabo kept me informed & asked if I preferred to wait or have someone else assist me. I decided to wait. Noma, is incredibly gentle & made the waxing experience comfortable. Every single visit to the Pink Room is always greeted with warm smiles & friendly service. I truly appreciate the exemplary service that the team consistently provides.

Very friendly staff and good service

I went in for my waxing appointment not really knowing what to expect, especially since I hadn’t seen the pre-prep guidelines beforehand. It was definitely a bit painful at first, but Kgomotso’s warm and chatty personality quickly put me at ease. Honestly, it felt like I was getting a wax and a therapy session at the same time! She made the experience so much more comfortable and even enjoyable. It was lovely overall. I’m definitely going back again!❤️
