Bernadine at reception is so bubbly and friendly. She makes you laugh and feel very comfortable and at home. The ladies are very inviting and Nak you feel special. Scongeline is such a talented nail technician and can make your nails look better than that from a magazine. I am so happy with my purple galaxy nails. She outdid herself!

Had the worst experience at the woodmead branch and dealing with the head office and THEIR mistake of not phoning me before making me pull up to my appointment & still lying about the me buying a voucher when they gave it to me for their stuff up but thank you to this branch for taking me earlier, putting a smile on my face and giving wonderful service! Gift your technician my voucher or tip her because it is well deserved there.
