Lanna was amazing and so knowledgeable about what she does. I went back to Raw Tropics and had another great experience. The full-body wood therapy was honestly the highlight for me. It felt really good and helped my body feel more relaxed and refreshed. I felt a lot of care and intention was part of my session. I also did the sauna, which was super calming. I also had a wax done with Kim, who was amazing. She was patient, gentle, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Overall, the experience was a solid 10/10. I’m already looking forward to my facial next week and doing more wood therapy. Such a good experience every time.

I like that Kim is very thorough, and the wax studio is clean and neat. The onboarding process for new clients is straightforward, there's ample street parking. Five stars for servicing all genders.

Yesterday was my first appointment with Lanna, to remove my existing Gel-X set and start over with fresh nails using the hard gel application with a solid color. She's clean and professional. She actually took the time to soak off my old set so that my natural nails wouldn't get damaged. No nail tech has done that before since they're only interested in ripping them off as much as possible and drilling down my nail bed (ouch) for the sake of speed. She has a sweet personality and very much a people person. I look forward to continuing my nails journey with her services. Thank you Lanna!
