Fantastic lash service at Bee Fab, as always! The owner, Bianca, knows her stuff and does it well. She also goes out of her way to make sure I feel comfortable and relaxed during my appts, which I really appreciate. If you live on the Hamilton mountain, I highly recommend this spa!

Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Phenomenal experience as always! Twinkle ensures my comfort and satisfaction, while giving detailed recommendations. She is so thoughtful and follows up after appointments due to my skin type. I truly appreciate her efforts and I am so thrilled with my transformation. Services received - eyebrow mapping/shaping, eyebrow threading, face threading and body waxing.

I had a wonderful facial with Katrina on Friday ! She was not only pleasant , she gave me an excellent treatment , she has great technique and applying creams to one’s face ! Thanks for pampering me with an arm and neck message ! .Katrina was very positive and encouraged me to keep taking care of myself , how important it is to have regular treatment . Thanks Tiffany for blessing me with the under eyes gel pads , so very thoughtful and kind! Will see you both in a couple of months. Wow! Jacqueline is very skilled and passionate and it showed !! My face looked and felt amazing after my facial. This was my first facial experience and it was great. I felt comfortable and was pleased with the space at Glow. The bed was pre-warmed and the towels were super soft. The atmosphere was lovely and clean. Jaclynn was very informative about what was in a procuct and why a specific product is being used. Jaclynn explained everything before, while and during application of all products so I knew what to expect. I will be telling my friends and will return for more treatments in the future. Thank you Jaclynn!

Im going to start off by saying I was hesitant but due for a facial Jaclynn made me feel at ease and her expertise had me walking out glowing , refreshed and revitalized exactly what I wanted and results were instant. I felt it was money worth spent she does an amazing job and is an amazing person . Overall pleased and will definitely be coming back . Wonderful first experience! Katrina is very accommodating and nice. Comfortable room space with the perfect relaxing music. The facial massage along with the products was comfortable and felt very soothing to my very sensitive black skin. She did a great job pulling out the ingrown hairs on my neck that had formed into a razor bump that I had had for 5-6 months, and I can already feel a significant difference. Thank you to the staff at Bee Fab for providing such an incredible first experience. I'll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family.

I had a positive experience overall. The aesthetician was very kind and made me feel comfortable right away. I booked the hour FLO Signature Facial, and my skin felt hydrated afterward, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. That said, my appointment started at 4:45 and ended around 5:20, so it felt noticeably shorter than the full hour advertised. While the treatment itself was enjoyable, I did feel like I didn’t quite get my money’s worth due to the shortened time.

I am a new client and after a number of treatments, I can honestly say how pleased I am to have found an esthetician that I trust unconditionally. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and professional, not to mention kind and understanding. In addition to maintaining the health of my skin, Jake has adeptly treated skin discolouration resulting from abrasions due to a cycling accident. The salon is welcoming, immaculate and serene. Well worth the drive from Toronto to Hamilton! Jake is truly my new BFF.

Trusting someone with your face is so scary but she made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. She was so gentle, patient, and really listened to my concerns. My facial left my skin feeling calm, refreshed, and glowing with no irritation at all. She also did my eyebrows beautifully — they looked so clean, natural, and suited my face perfectly. On top of that, her prices are very reasonable for the quality of service you receive. You can truly tell how much care and attention she puts into her work. I visited Ciel Nail Spa Boutique and had a full self-care experience, including a manicure, pedicure, facial, and waxing all done in one visit. Every service was handled with great attention and professionalism. The staff were friendly, careful, and made sure I was comfortable throughout.I was especially impressed by how smooth and relaxing the whole experience felt, even with multiple services at the same time. Everything was clean, well-organized, and high quality. I highly recommend Ciel Salon to anyone looking for excellent service and a relaxing experience. I will definitely come back.

What a lovely experience! Enjoyed every moment, from the friendly greeting, excellent cappuccino during my treatment, to the services themselves! Alexis was beyond lovely, very attentive and meticulous. My pedicure was relaxing, the brow wax was perfect, and I’m so glad I chose the cat eye manicure!! I highly recommend, and will be back!
