I had a great experience at the salon! Queen did my rinsage and she was so gentle and professional .. the color turned out perfect. Sukina did my blow dry and curls, and I absolutely loved the final look. Both ladies were kind, skilled, and made me feel pampered. Definitely coming back!

My experience at the salon was great! The staff are very friendly and I had a lovely head, back and shoulder massage while I did my mani/pedi. The salon was very clean and spacious. My experience with the booking through Fresha wasn't as great... the promotions on the site were not available at the salon - luckily they offered 15% discount with Fazaa - and the directions to the salon on the website are completely off - get directions from Google instead!

Got a haircut with Noor, she was great! She did a great job with the cut. The service was very friendly and the front desk was also welcoming. The only thing I would ask is the hairdressers can please apply hair protection before applying any type of heat to the hair. Otherwise, will be back soon!

I had the pleasure of visiting Winter Salon recently, and it was such a refreshing experience as always. The entire team was warm and welcoming professional and really know their craft. Had such a great experience at the salon today! Yasmeen was super sweet and welcoming—her waxing was quick, gentle, and totally painless. The room was super clean too. Rona did an amazing manicure, always smiling and so fun to chat with—she really lifts the mood! And big thanks to Fatime for the hair treatment and cut—she was so patient with my curly hair and knew exactly what to do. The whole team was lovely and made me feel so comfortable. Definitely coming back again! 💖

I had a great experience getting my beard styled at this salon. The staff was professional, friendly, and really knew what they were doing. The barber took his time to shape my beard exactly how I wanted, and the result was clean, sharp, and stylish. The place was also very clean and relaxing. Definitely coming back—highly recommend!
