Charlie was incredibly professional, providing assurance and communicative throughout the process. She ensure I was happy and pleased from the initial consultation to the aftercare instructions. I’m v fair so always worry how dark the eyebrows will go. Connie listened and I was happy with them. Eyelash tint was also good. The only thing I would say is that the room was fairly dusty, could do with a clean!

I had the best hydrafacial today by Elda. She adapts her approach to your skin type explaining everything and gives advice on how to care for your skin. I also had some waxing done. She is very professional and the shop is very welcoming and clean. 5 stars definitely!

My first time of having lash lift and eyebrow wax and tint. Grace was extremely professional and went out of her way to put me at ease. Extremely comfortable beauty “bed”, I felt very relaxed and very very pleased with the results. I will definitely be returning to this lovely salon.

I had my second appointment today for lashes and eyebrows and it was such a lovely experience. Alex is so gentle and professional and really put me at ease. She explains everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I’m so happy with how my lashes and eyebrows turned out, I’ve already booked my next appointment.
