Fab, love coming here for my face waxing, everyone is really friendly and chatty, the wax they use on the face is brilliant and keeps my skin super smooth and soft and doesn’t irritate like traditional waxing.

Today Jo waxed my daughter's eyebrows, my daughter has sever learning difficulties and has always struggled elsewhere to get them done. I've never had my eyebrows done before my first time with Hazel. She explained the procedure fully and made me feel very comfortable in her wonderfully aromatic studio, with my own choice of music if I so wished. This was my second visit which shows how much I enjoyed the experience ! I even came away with a little goodie bag of aftercare included in the price ! Thank you Hazel :)

Carl is brilliant, does my hair just as I like it.

Has an amazing Mother's Retreat Massage today. I've had a few massages from different places but with Pin it was different. She was very welcoming and the place was lovely. Even to the finer detail of having something under my knees while having a facial (which I've never had) and the comfiest head pillow. Recommend 100%
