Pav was very friendly, professional and efficient. This was my first visit to Finesse and Pav made me very welcome and relaxed throughout. Had my first experience of Dermaplaning....and I was not disappointed. Sarah was fab, explaining the process and always making sure I was comfortable with everything. She gives a lovely facial and her neck and shoulder massage is excellent and very relaxing.

Sophie was so lovely and made me feel at ease during my first waxing experience 🫶🏼

This was my first Microneedling procedure and I had already discussed with Alana at one of my previous appointments about trying this. It's hard to describe what the treatment felt like, it wasn't painful more of tickle other than my forehead which was a bit more sensitive. I'm fair skinned and there was obviously some redness after the treatment but the following morning apart from a few red patches on my forehead the rest of my skin was very slightly pink. As always Alana was brilliant and I can't wait to see the how my skin is in a few weeks time.
