Lauren is fantastic! She is so friendly and so good at what she does that you dont even realise you are waxing. Super light hands while also getting the job done quickly. I loved meeting her and her work. The wax didnt leave any spots at all. I will be definitely be coming back.

I had such a lovely experience with Charlotte for my dermaplaning treatment. She was so friendly, professional and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. The treatment was relaxing, thorough and my skin felt absolutely amazing afterwards — so smooth, fresh and glowing! Honestly, Charlotte is like an underpaid therapist as well as being amazing at what she does 😂 She’s so lovely to chat to and makes you feel completely at ease. I left feeling like I’d had a treatment and a therapy session all in one! 🩷

I visited Jess today for a back, neck and shoulder massage whilst away on holiday. She was absolutely incredible! Definitely great value for money. She’s so lovely and really skilled. I had a wonderful relaxing manicure and pedicure with Alyona! I love how my nails looked so neat and beautiful after. I didn’t do any colour, just the basics but it was the best experience and result i had in Bath for ages. Alyona didn’t rush and made me feel looked after. Looking forward to my next visit and hopefully experiment with some colour next time!

Had a lovely experience here getting a leg and bikini wax. Fran was super professional and it barely hurt! Also had a really great chat and was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend and I’ll be coming back!

I had a 90-minute full body massage today and it was amazing. I asked for extra focus on my shoulders and back due to tension, and it was tailored perfectly to what I needed. It was so relaxing that I think I even drifted off at one point. Leanne was very professional throughout. She provided a consultation form on arrival and took the time to understand what I wanted her to focus on. After the treatment, she offered me water, which was a lovely touch. The whole experience was calm, professional, and exactly what I had hoped for. I’ll definitely be booking a massage again. Highly recommend!!

I had the absolute pleasure of getting a full body massage and a facial, and I cannot recommend Oana enough! From the moment the session started, her technique was incredibly soothing yet effective at working out all the knots in my back. The facial was equally amazing; my skin has never felt so hydrated, glowing, and rejuvenated. The entire experience was relaxing, professional, and left me feeling completely refreshed. I will definitely be booking again!

Biancas energy and enthusiasm for her services and her passion for holistic health and beauty left me feeling really uplifted. Aliona is a miracle worker. Went in today with a nail that was snapped in half across the middle and she somehow saved it. All my nails look beautiful and no one would know one of them was hanging on by a thread a few hours ago. Wonderful woman, always a joy to chat with, and my nails get commented on allllll the time. Can’t recommend her enough.
