I was really anxious and at 64 I thought there was nothing that would help my aging skin and face. Mel put me at ease straight away and explained the treatment she recommended. I took the plunge and went ahead and I am so glad I did. The results after just a few weeks were amazing and I feel so much more confident in myself. I had a wonderful experience using the infrared sauna, followed by a back, neck and shoulder massage. The facilities are of high quality and everything is spotlessly clean and beautiful. Staff are incredibly accommodating, warm and friendly. The Bay is a special place and I can't wait to visit again soon. Thank you for a fantastic experience.
