I had a facial done after a long time again with Runa, she knows what she’s doing and she’s amazing at doing it all the time. I also had a lash lift done, almost a week later now and they’re looking as amazing as they were when they were first done. Obssessed with my lashes 😍

I booked my appointment on line no waiting around I was welcomed by Charlotte and all the team in the salon such a warm and welcoming salon you walk in and feel comfortable decor is gorgeous, beautiful nails as usual. I had a Buccal facial which was a different experience for me. I felt very relaxed throughout and had a great head massage as well. I would highly recommend getting a treatment with Runa, she explained everything and made me feel at ease.

First appointment at bloom for a waxing treatment that can be quite daunting when going somewhere new. I received a warm welcome as soon as I walked through the door and was made to feel comfortable and at ease straight away by the lady doing my wax (apologies I forgot to catch your name!) my treatment was enjoyable (well as much as a waxing appointment can be!) and everything was fully explained and made sure I was happy with everything. Fully recommend and I’ve already booked my next appointment in advance. Thank you, you definitely have a new regular customer in me!
