Leanne is a lovely person! And very informative about skin care. The only downside was that my legs and underarms were all red raised bumps from the moment of waxing until fully 48 hours later. Whatever balm (whether type or amount) she put on me after waxing was not sufficient to soothe the irritation caused by the waxing.

I had an amazing first time experience at Willow Skin and Beauty. I needed a last minute full leg / underarm wax before New Years and got just that. The location was easy to find and it was super aesthetic inside. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning again :)

Cindy is an absolute professional. I've gone to her for builder nails, eyelash extensions, and brow lamination so far, and I've been very happy with everything she has done for me so far. The nails last ages, and don't chip. You only have to replace them as they grow out. I get lots of compliments on them. The lashes are lovely, and look pretty natural which I like. The brows I tried for the first time, and I'm sure I'll be back! Overall would highly recommend Cindy. She's very friendly and warm, makes you feel at ease right away. She also has the cutest kitty, Cleo.

My experience was amazing! The owner was so welcoming and kind and I felt at ease straight away. I am so happy with my lip blush results! I was asked all the way through if I was ok if it was bearable, which was great because it was nice to be checked in on. Also it was so clean and organised too and I loved that! I found Synergy through Groupon, searching for a Keratin treatment. Raphaella was my hair consultant and she was fabulous. Warm and friendly and very knowledgeable. She did a great job and I was really happy with the outcome and product used. The other ladies in the salon were equally lovely so the salon had a great atmosphere. I was really happy with my experience and look forward to coming again.

Exceeded my expectations. Professional, strong, attended to my chronic pain issues by listening when pressure was too deep. Great combination of pressure points and therapeutic styles. Will be booking in regularly after bike rides to help with back, arm, hand, shoulder, neck and leg pain. It would be good if Nara was available on more days other than Monday. Thank you for the excellent service.
