I recently had my first waxing appointment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely at ease. Harriet took her time to explain everything before getting started and throughout the session, made sure to check in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable and that everything was okay. Harriet’s calm and friendly approach made what I expected to be a stressful experience actually feel very relaxed. For anyone who’s nervous about waxing for the first time, I can’t recommend enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had a totally new experience with Alice today having had an intermit waxing. Was feeling a little apprehensive about it but Alice being the caring person she is put my mind at rest and made me feel at ease about the whole process. Don’t know why I waited so long to try the treatment. 10/10 Alice. Well done.
