I initially went to see Smita to deal with my hormonal whiskers which I was tweezering every day. Smita explained the whole process in depth, she is very knowledgeable and professional. Always >5 stars. Jodi is such a gift, been going for a long time now, the relaxation and care during the whole experience helps so much from the fast pace of work etc. I recommend her to everyone! The diligent notes she takes are such a good reference, as when I first started going compared to now, all the knots and tension I was holding in by back are gone! Smita is honestly the best laser tech and overall beauty therapist I’ve seen in a long time. So kind and knowledgeable. She’s helped me so much. Also one of the only people in Auckland with latest hair removal machine and specific skincare products.

I was quite anxious before hand, thinking a laser on my p..... will hurt, but within no time I couldn't feel a thing.

Smita is good at what she does. She did a great eyebrow waxing for me to blend with my old tattoo (which is in the process of laser removal).
