I recently moved to Grimsby and today was my first time going to Lux. I had a lash tint (obsessed), eyebrow and neck wax, and a shellac manicure. Both girls who worked on me were excellent, friendly and professional, and did great work. Will definitely be going back again for more pampering!

I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

Amazing first experience at the Grimsby location. David was my nail tech and did a beautiful job he is very talented. We also had our eye brows done from Michaela and they look great. Also they have our Alumier products so we stalked up! Would highly recommend this spa.

Dahlay is absolutely amazing! She is the only one I trust doing my nails, she kills it every single time. She pays so much attention to detail and always gives me exactly what I’m looking for! Navi is the best at what she does! I had my 1st session done for my tattoo removal. She talked to me before and after about aftercare and was very thorough. I’ve also had other types of treatments done by here as well.

What an amazing experience with Stephanie! I had the hydrabrasion and fractional laser, she explained everything clearly and helped to create a skin care/facial regimen to target areas of concern. The facial was so relaxing. Highly recommend.

I just had an amazing laser Brazilian appointment with Claudia and I couldn't be happier! From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, making the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. The room itself was spotless, smelled wonderful, and even had great music playing. Claudia is so detailed and meticulous in her work, which really makes a difference, and you can tell she uses top-of-the-line equipment. Seriously, if you're looking for a fantastic experience, I highly recommend Claudia

Always such amazing service when I go, whether it’s for nails or laser they always take such good care of me! Stephanie does my laser for me and always makes me feel comfortable. I’m not sure of the receptionist name but she always hooks me up with a warm towel and a drink! Thank you guys

Huge shout to Navi who is an esthetician at Lux. She is wonderful and definitely knows her craft. Had the most incredible facial. Also she did laser for me and some waxing. Navi makes you feel super relaxed and comfortable during treatment. Highly recommend Lux as your go to all things face and body care treatments. Thank you for your high level of service.
