She was very attentive, answered all my questions, and provided me with all the maintenance information I would need to begin this journey. My hair turned out fantastic!!! Best hair care experience I've received in 5 years since I came to BIM. I have 4c natural hair and that is uncommon on the island. I was pampered and well taken care of. The braids were not painful and I fell asleep on the chair. She was polite, helpful, and overall stellar customer service plus top notch braiding skills. Gonna be recommending everywhere I go.

It’s so refreshing to have finally found a salon that specializes in styling natural hair. My wash and go lasted 2 weeks. I’ve never had one last more than 3 days! My hair was also very soft from the micro mist treatment. Very impressed with the service I received.
