This was my first visit at any cosmetic clinic in Australia, it surpassed my expectations! I have received injections for wrinkles for over a decade in the US, and to say the service, professionalism, cost and results were extraordinary here at EQUINOX with Ann, is worthy of more that 5 stars. I was able to make the consultation and procedure appointment for the same day. No sales pitch. But caring input about my options and valuable suggestions. I return to Perth every 3-4 months and will now only come to see Ann for all my cosmetic injections. THANK YOU

Again my daughter had the Best Facial Experience Ever!She had the most amazing facial .From start to finish, she was incredibly relaxed . The atmosphere was peaceful, and every step of the treatment felt thoughtfully tailored to her skin’s needs. She left feeling refreshed, glowing, and completely at ease. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking to treat themselves.She can’t wait to go back in 3 weeks. She also had her eyebrows done and is beyond impressed with the results! I had the Carboxy Co2 facial . Jamie was my therapist. Her touch is very therapeutic. It takes a lot for me to relax and I actually snoozed . She explained each step and what to expect post treatment . The face massage was exceptional. Will be back now I’m home in Perth again 5 ⭐️

My experience (again) here at Haven was excellent. Ceri did my eyebrows -wax and tint- and she understood exactly what I was after in terms of shape and colour. I made a walk in appointment the day before and was able to get my preferred time. Ceri was able to answer questions I had about skin care and she was happy to talk about alternatives to injectables.
