​Davinder is genuinely the best Hollywood waxer ever! I felt no pain at all, which is a total game-changer. I got both my legs and Hollywood done, and she made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. As a plus-size woman, I was a bit nervous, but Davinder was so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and non-judgmental. She is a true professional and an absolute lovely person. I won't go to anyone else.

Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

I had the Spa Pedicure with Paraffin Wax and a Manicure with Susan, and it was a wonderful experience. Susan was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the appointment. The paraffin wax treatment felt incredibly soothing and left my feet feeling soft and refreshed My manicure and pedicure were done with great care, and I left feeling pampered and relaxed. The whole experience was enjoyable, and I would happily recommend Susan to anyone looking for a high-quality treatment. Thank you for such a lovely service!

I had the HydraFacial Deluxe (with LED & Booster) with Merita, and it was a fantastic experience. Merita was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. The facial was relaxing, and my skin felt deeply cleansed, refreshed, and hydrated afterwards. The LED treatment and booster were a great addition, leaving my skin looking brighter and feeling incredibly smooth. I left feeling pampered and very happy with the results. It's been now over a year since my first review, and every time I returned for my wax I've been greeted with the same warmth and level of professionalism. Thrilled to walk away all smooth knowing I won't have to deal with the breakouts and many ingrown hairs that have troubled me my whole life, I have a very reactive skin but its condition has actually improved over time, I genuinely thought it wasn't possible. Very quick, never awkward and yep, nearly painless wax experience - coming from me, with my super low pain threshold. Thank you Shaf! 🌞
