I had my first appointment with Kristy, and I am so impressed! As someone with curly hair, it’s hard to find a stylist who really understands how to work with curls, Kristy nailed it. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered great advice for my hair type. The cut and styling turned out amazing, and my curls have never looked better. I left feeling confident and excited about my hair, and I’m already looking forward to my next appointment with her. Highly recommend Kristy if you have curly hair!

Michaela has been taking care of my hair for the past two years, and I can’t recommend her enough. After some really bad experiences with hairdressers in the past, finding Michaela was a total game changer. Not only has she done my balayage, but she also did my wedding hair and makeup, and everything turned out absolutely brilliant. I have never had better blonde, and she is always punctual and reliable. Even though I now live in Cochrane, it is totally worth the drive out to Canmore to see her.

Leesa has been my hairdresser for about 2 years now. Great personality and VERY good at what she does. Experienced and akways good at changing up my style if I want ti have a different look.I am moving back to Edmonton but I will still drive to Canmore just to have her look after my locks!

I love getting my hair done at Lighthouse - you know how I know it's the best salon in Canmore? The plants are so healthy, it really shows how much attention the owners pay to their shop! You'd be dumb not to come here.

Kate has been my hairdresser for over 5 years now. I have followed her from salon to salon- so happy to have her back in Canmore and in her own salon too! Her colours and cuts are fantastic, she listens to me and achieves exactly what I want!!!!!

I took my daughter here the there day she is 11 years old with ALOT of hair! Michaela did an amazing and very thorough job. She never rushed anything from the shampoo to the cut to the beautiful blow dry she did! My daughter is so happy:) Thank you and see you this week with my son!

I am writing a review for Michaela Vankova. I was recommended Michaela by my friend. I have been currently living in Calgary but the trip to Canmore just to have my hair done was absolutely worth the experience!!!!! Michaella is highly professional. Honestly, I have NEVER obtained such a care in my life!!! I She has a very special eye for designing the colour and the cut what also matches your personality. She carefully listens to her customer desires. She is also very detailed oriented, precise, gentle and caring. I recommend Michaela to everyone!!!! 100%!!!! She is the best!!!

Lovely Salon with great location, lots of parking and stunning views of the mountains! I went for a hair cut and style with Aleasha. I was looking for a change but not too sure what I wanted. She asked questions, made suggestions and I love the new look. A quick drive from Calgary, a relaxing salon experience and an opportunity to explore the shops in Canmore. A perfect afternoon.

After a year and a half of avoiding the scissors, I finally got my hair cut at Hair and Beauty in the Woods in Spring Creek, Canmore, and wow, was it worth the wait! Nadine worked her magic, and my hair looks amazing—even for someone like me who’s not great with change. She was quick, friendly, and her attention to detail was spot on. I got a haircut about four months ago. It was a disaster. I came here to Canmore for a holiday. We were walking by hair and beauty in the woods. My husband said why don’t you stop in there the best decision I’ve ever made. Nadine she cut my hair exactly how I asked it was the best haircut I’ve had in many years. Thank you so much for such a wonderful job. I would go back again in a heartbeat.
