I had a wonderful cranial massage by Camille who was warm, friendly, put me at ease at once and provided the best therapy I have ever experienced! My tense neck and shoulder muscles finally began to relax after months of stress and the head and face massage was truly healing. I thoroughly recommend Camille as a therapist and look forward to having my next treatment .

Holly was great, she was calm, relaxing and the massage and cupping session was just what I needed after a busy weekend full of activities, the tension I felt in my body was practically gone after the session and I'm sure I may have dozed off. Shame there isn't a higher rating to give cause she deserves it.

Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The Wellness Lounge is always so welcoming, and their beautiful new location adds to the relaxing experience. I recently tried pressotherapy there, and it was extremely calming and left me feeling refreshed. The staff are kind and professional, ensuring a comfortable experience. Bec was very welcoming. Lovely therapy room! Had a clinical reflexology treatment and felt so good I didn’t want the time to end!! Thank you for such a great experience!

Camille is a very clever lady. She knows what this body parts does and what that body part does. After booking an appt and telling her my history she knew straight away what type of therapy I needed and it was accupuncture. After 3 sessions I already feel much better I have fibromyalgia and i normally hurt all the time but with this therapy its not too as bad it doesnt hurt for hrs at a time. Camille really has time for her clients and gets a great buzz out of helping them to her its such a reward and not all about the money! Well that's the picture I get anyway after having 3 treatments!!

Been to visit Camille for a massage twice now - such a lovely therapist who puts me straight at ease and delivers such a personalised experience. Will be back again!
